Is there a free trial? 

Yes! At Remote Answering Service we offer a 7-day free trial or 120 minutes. No credit card is necessary. We will contact you when your free trial expires.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You're in control! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed on a month-to-month basis. Please note that unused minutes do not rollover.

Is there a fee if I cancel?

We do not have any hidden fees or charges. You are free to cancel. We offer the flexibility to use the service as needed.

How will I be billed?

We offer monthly billing. We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard and other major card companies. If you would prefer to pay via a direct invoice we can also accept payments via Payoneer. Please email us at: info@remoteansweringservice.com
