What's Included

Common Questions
What counts as a billable minute?
Time an agent spends on your calls, including any follow-up text or transfer. Calls are billed in 30-second increments, so a 2 minute 10 second call is billed as 2.5 minutes.

Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Included minutes reset each month. If you're often under, we'll move you to a smaller plan.

Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
Never. Your rate is the same every hour of every day, holidays included.
